What do COTT Ready and COTT Preconfigured mean?
COTT Ready identifies a device configuration with confirmed COTT compatibility. COTT Preconfigured describes a unit supplied with the COTT app and agreed hotel settings prepared before dispatch. It is available as a project request; preparation, software licensing and delivery are stated separately in the offer.
How is a hotel TV different from a consumer TV?
Professional hospitality TVs provide hotel settings such as controlled startup, volume limits, installation locks and configuration cloning. LG Pro:Centric and Philips MediaSuite also provide the platform interfaces needed for a managed hotel experience.
Can COTT run directly on these televisions?
COTT supports LG Pro:Centric hospitality and Philips MediaSuite deployments without a separate set-top box on the supported configuration. We confirm the exact regional SKU, firmware and deployment settings as part of your project.
Is casting included?
LG UK660H and UJ660H EU/CIS models support Google Cast and AirPlay; the selected Philips MediaSuite models have Chromecast built in. Older LG UR762H candidates require a separate casting solution. Hotel network configuration and room pairing are scoped separately. Guests use their own streaming subscriptions.
What does the project price include?
TV hardware is a one-time amount. LG UK660H and UJ660H show confirmed COTT hardware prices; models awaiting pricing are currently unavailable for project selection. Standard COTT cloud software is €10 per active room per month, with €0 standard setup and onboarding. TV quantities and room licences are entered separately. Freight, optional mounting or on-site work, taxes and paid channel rights are itemised separately. A final offer confirms the exact hardware price, warranty, delivery and scope.
